It’s HOT, friends. So hot, in fact, that I can’t even muster up any fancy superlatives to describe how hot because I’m too tired from living this hot life. However, if you are like me and are desperately seeking some relief from the oven world that is outside of your front door, I am here today to administer said relief to you! It comes in the form of Fresh Fruit Coconut Water Popsicles and they are so refreshing you will laugh at the sun and its crazy heat. Or, maybe you’ll just feel a lot better. Either option is fine.

Keep scrolling to see how to make these Fresh Fruit Coconut Water Popsicles that are simple to make, delightfully refreshing, and bursting with fresh, fruity flavors. Ditch the sugary store-bought pops in favor of this healthier classic!

I love this recipe for several reasons. First, it really is the most refreshing treat ever. I don’t know how coconut water does this, but whenever I ingest that magical stuff on a hot day, I feel like a million bucks after. Plus, they are easy to make and perfect for getting the kids involved. Lastly, they are a great alternative to the super sugary popsicles you’ll find at the store!

If you don’t have the sleeves for the pops that I used, you can easily make these in a normal popsicle mold with even bigger pieces of fruit. I love how the flavors of the fruit and the coconut water mingle together and enhance each other, creating the most delicious frozen treat!

Not only are these popsicles delicious, but they are also so pretty! When I open my freezer and see these babies inside I can’t wait to get my hands on them. I also love the idea of making these popsicles for a summer party or shower and matching the fruit to the decor since they are so gorgeous and colorful. They are great for a crowd since there is no gluten or dairy and the ingredients are all natural.
