Have you heard the trend floating around the internets that 2017 is the year of Hygge? This idea has become a buzzword for bloggers and on Christmas Eve The New York Times even put out an article allll about it. They said that Hygge (pronounced HOO-gah, like a football cheer in a Scandinavian accent) is the Danish word for cozy. It is also a national obsession expressed in the constant pursuit of homespun pleasures involving candlelight, fires, fuzzy knitted socks, tea, cake and other people. Don’t you love this concept? Me too. And this obsession with coziness is now spreading to the states as a way to get through the loooong, cold winter. I mean, I couldn’t agree more with the Danes that getting super cozy is the best way to combat the blues that inevitably come in the depths of winter.

These are seriously almost too gorgeous to eat. But, that wouldn’t stop me! I love anything lemon flavor and totally agree that these pair well with Chamomile. And if 2017 is the year of Hygge, I am more than on board! #clientReplyCancel
