If you are looking for the summer party to end all summer parties, you’ve come to the right place! No matter the occasion, a bubble party is one that the kids will never forget! And when we started seeing local companies that rented foam machines that you could use for backyard parties we knew we had to throw a Bubbly Back to School party!

How to Throw a Bubble Back to School Party

1. Foam Machine

The foam itself was a total blast. The kids went wild! If you are a Utah local, you can rent your machine from Foam Partyzz! They were wonderful!

To go along with the yard full of bubbles to play in, we decided to create some decor, favors, a game, and a treat that would bring in more bubbly fun!

2. Decor

Since the yard was covered in foam we kept this part simple, creating a balloon garland from white and clear balloons that mimicked bubbles! Just blow up your balloons, connect them in clusters, and attach them to your table! We loved the way they brought a graphic, bubbly element to the party!

3. Treats

We made these ocean water mocktails from Sprite, blue Powerade and a little bit of whipped cream, then topped them with mini rubber duckies and a striped straw! So cute!

4. Games

For a game, we took extra rubber duckies and numbered them. Then, we hid them in the foam for the kids to find. Once they found one, they brought it to the table to collect a prize with the corresponding number! This was such a bubbly-fun take on a scavenger hunt!

5. Favors

We grabbed some bubble wands from the dollar store and added our printable “You’re gonna blow them away this year!” tags  from the Pretty Life Girl’s shop to make a sweet themed favor that let our guests take the bubble party home with them. You can grab your own right here!

That’s it! A bubbly blast that our kids aren’t going to forget anytime soon! This was such a great day and it was fun to create some memories before starting a new school year.

Happy back-to-school!
