This recipe for Creamy Coconut and Berry Popsicles is sweet and packed with colorful berries. Plus, they are so festive for summertime and would be perfect for the 4th of July or any summer get-together!
Summertime…and I guess the livin’ is supposed to be easy, but I’m not feeling that way quite yet. Luckily, I’ve got a hack for making it easier, and that is my BFF Tupperware. Creamy Coconut and Berry Popsicles
These popsicles couldn’t be easier to make! Just cut the berries and layer them in a popsicle mold, then pour in a mixture of Coconut Milk and Cream of Coconut. Place them on your Tupperware plates and present them to your guests, who will surely be thrilled!

Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut milk
- Cream of coconut
- Shredded coconut
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Popsicle sticks
- Popsicle molds
Instructions
- In the popsicle molds, layer strawberries, blueberries, and shredded coconut.
- Add cream of coconut to the coconut milk to taste.
- Pour the mixture over the fruit, filling each popsicle mold.
- Put a popsicle stick in each mold.
- Freeze until solid, about three hours.
- Carefully remove the popsicles from the molds. Tip: run the mold under hot water for a few seconds.
