Nesting mode has hit me hard the last couple weeks, and I can’t quit it. I go into the baby’s room every day and organize and decorate and daydream. It’s been so fun planning for a girl! And today I wanted to share a fun little project I made, in conjunction with our friends at Davinci, to add a personal touch to the rocking chair corner in baby’s room. This DIY Mini Pom-Pom pillow is so simple, and turned out so sweet!
Supplies
White pillow or pillow cover
Heat transfer vinyl saying (I got mine here)
Mini pom-pom trim
Fabric glue
Step 1: Following the directions on your heat transfer vinyl, apply the saying to your pillow or pillow cover.
Step 2: Remove the lining from the vinyl, and let the design cool.
Step 3: Using fabric glue, apply the pom-pom trim to the edges of your pillow. You can also sew the trim.
Step 4: Sit your darling pillow on the chair, and enjoy!
This chair from Davinci (the Piper Recliner and Glider) is AMAZING. With the help of real moms, Davinci created a chair that is comfortable, functional, and beautiful, and I am beyond thrilled to have it for our new baby. It swivels, reclines, has a leg rest, and is durable, which meets all my checklist items for a chair!
And today you can win one of your very own! Head to our Instagram today for a chance to win this beautiful Davinci Piper!
