Well if it isn’t Easter candy, my arch enemy and my lover. My relationship with Easter candy may be the truest love/hate relationship of my lifetime. I love to see its pastel packaging lined up in the aisles. I love tiny egg-shaped things. And ALL THE CHOCOLATE! Have. Mercy. Yes, I love it dearly, but Easter season is so darn tough on this here waistline so enemies we must remain

That is why I have loved discovering DOVE® Chocolate Fruit & Nut in my quest to eat a little better during Easter-candy season. These insanely indulgent jewels of yumminess combine the wellness benefits of dark chocolate with fruit and nuts, making them a decadent, better-for-you indulgence! Plus, DOVE® Chocolate Fruit & Nut comes in a variety of flavors (like DOVE® Dark Chocolate Strawberry & Cocoa Almond, DOVE® Dark Chocolate Blueberry & Vanilla Cashew, DOVE® Dark Chocolate Raspberry & Honey Roasted Almond! YUM.) that will satisfy your sweet tooth. And today I have combined them with even more fruit and nut goodness to bring you a recipe for these insanely delish White Chocolate Trail Mix Cups. These creamy, sweet, and crunchy cups are super satisfying, easy to make, and the yum factor is REAL.

Here’s how you make them:

1/2 c. Whole almonds
1/2 c. Pistachios, shelled
1/2 c. Dried cranberries
1/2 c. Dried apricots, chopped

Directions

1. Coat a tartlet pan in cooking spray, or line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
2. Melt white chocolate according to package directions and pour into prepared pan.
3. Immediately top with all toppings.
