This weekend the temperatures dipped down to the mid-50’s for a couple of days and I caught a serious case of the fall bakes. It’s pie season! Is there anything more wonderful? Crusts! Whipped cream! Pumpkin! Apples! It’s all so good but sometimes baking a whole pie can seem a little intimidating (Crusts? Lattices? Uhhhh??). So today I have the perfect recipe for getting all the pie goodness you can handle without the stress with a recipe for these Greek Yogurt Mini Pies!

These little cuties are made up of 3 main ingredients that can be changed up and embellished using whatever you have in your pantry. They are effortless pies that are super fun to make with kids, are a healthier dessert option and would be perfect for get-togethers because they are easy and fun to customize. Here’s how you make them:

Greek Yogurt Mini Pies

Ingredients
2 packages Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust (they come in packages of 6)
2 5.3 oz Oikos® Pumpkin Pie Greek Yogurt
2 5.3 oz Light & Fit® Greek Apple Pie Yogurt
Reddi-wip® original

Optional:
Cinnamon, diced apples, caramel bits, caramel sauce, dark chocolate chunks, granola, hot fudge, pecans

Directions:

In a large bowl fold together the yogurt (like flavors) and about 2 c. whipped cream. If desired add cinnamon, sliced apples, caramel bits, etc., and mix well. Spoon mixture into pie crusts. Place pies on cookie sheet and cover with foil. Freeze for 4 hours or until frozen. Remove from freezer and top with Reddi-wip and desired toppings!

So delicious, simple, and so fun for a little pie party with your family or friends! We had the best time coming up with ideas for topping those little suckers.

You can find all of this deliciousness at Walmart at a great price and make all the pie you can handle this fall! And you have a pie party don’t forget to invite your girl! (That’s me. I’m your girl. Invite me.)
