Fall is in the air, my FAVORITE season! Sweaters and pumpkins and delicious food and yummy smells, like the new Pumpkin Pit Stop™ and Hit the Road™ scents from Glade® that I found at Smith’s over the weekend. These scents put me into fall overdrive – I put my fall wreath on our front door, added a few pumpkins to our tables, and started baking my favorite Three Ingredient Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies. This recipe is so easy, so inexpensive, and so delicious.
Three Ingredient Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 spice cake mix
1 15 oz. can of pumpkin
1/2 bag of chocolate chips (add more if you’d like!)
1. Pour all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2. Drop by the spoonful on greased cookie sheet.
3. Bake at 350 for 8-11 minutes, or until they spring back when you touch them.
But really, does it get easier than that? They are so soft, light, and (bonus!) low fat, and they are always the first thing I make when fall comes around. Eating these, curled up in a blanket with one of the new Glade® Limited Edition Fall Collection scents filling the room is what dreams are made of.
